摘要:
目的：观察芪苈强心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗老年心力衰竭合并阵发性房颤的临床效果。方法：将老年心力衰竭合并阵发性房颤患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例，对照组运用胺碘酮治疗，观察组运用芪苈强心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗，观察并对比2组的临床效果、左心室射血分数、心率状况、肝肾功能及不良反应。结果：观察组中显效17例，有效11例，无效2例，总有效率为93.4%；对照组中显效9例，有效12例，无效9例，总有效率为70.0%，观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组；观察组患者心率和左室射血分数的上升较对照组明显(P＜0.05);观察组患者血肌酐、血尿素氮和丙氨酸氨基转移酶均下降(P＜0.05)，而对照组仅血尿素氮下降，血肌酐和丙氨酸氨基转移酶有所上升(P＜0.05)；观察组不良反应低于对照组。结论：芪苈强心胶囊联合胺碘酮对老年心衰合并阵发性房颤的治疗效果更佳，能有效改善患者的心功能和肝肾功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of QiLi QiangXin capsules combined with amiodarone in treating the elderly patients suffering from heart failure complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF). Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases each group, the control group were treated with amiodarone, the observation group with QiLi QiangXin capsules combined with amiodarone, clinical effects, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), heart rate, liver and kidney function and adverse reaction of both groups were observed and compared. Results: There were 17 cases markedly effective, 11 cases effective, two cases ineffective, total effective rate of the observation group was 93.4%; nine cases markedly effective, 12 cases effective, nine cases ineffective, total effective rate of the control group 70.0%, the observation group was higher than the control group notably in total effective rate; the observation group was more obvious than the control group in the improvements of heart rate and LVEF (P＜0.05); the levels of serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and alanine aminotransferase (AAT) of the observation group deceased (P＜0.05), while BUN of the control group lowered, serum creatinine and AAT raised (P＜0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in adverse reaction. Conclusion: QiLi QiangXin capsules combined with amiodarone are effective in treating the elderly patients suffering from heart failure complicated with PAF, it could effectively improve heart function, liver and kidney function of the patients.
