摘要:
目的：探讨耳穴按压结合芳香疗法对大肠癌手术患者疲乏的影响。方法：将大肠癌手术患者135例随机分为A组(耳穴按压结合芳香疗法)、B组(耳穴按压)、C组(芳香疗法)、D组(空白组)，采用简易疲乏评估量表(brief fatigue inventory，BFI)对4组患者干预前后的疲乏程度进行测试并比较不同方法的效果。结果：A组干预后的BFI程度与B、C、D组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；B、C组干预后的BFI程度与D组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：耳穴按压结合芳香疗法能有效减轻大肠癌手术患者的疲乏程度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of auricular acupressure and aromatherapy on relieving fatigue of the patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery. Methods: All 135 patients were randomized into the groups of A (auricular acupressure and aromatherapy), B (auricular acupressure), C (aromatherapy) and D (the blank group). Fatigue degrees of the patients in four groups were measured by adopting brief fatigue inventory(BFI) and the effects of different methods were compared. Results: The difference had statistical meaning when A was compared with B, C and D after intervention in BFI degrees; the difference had no statistical meaning when B and C were compared with D in BFI degrees. Conclusion: Auricular acupressure and aromatherapy could effectively relieve fatigue of the patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery.
