摘要:
目的：研究中药安乳消痛丸对大鼠的增生乳腺肉眼形态、组织病理学形态和血清雌、孕激素水平的影响。方法：建立乳腺增生大鼠模型，空白对照组：给予蒸馏水灌胃，20 mL/kg，1次/d，连续25天。模型对照组：给予蒸馏水灌胃，20 mL/kg，1次/d，连续25天。安乳消痛丸低、中、高剂量分别给予安乳消痛丸低(2.5 g/kg)、中(5.1 g/kg)、高(7.7 g/kg)剂量，20 mL/kg，1次/d，连续25天。结果：与空白对照组相比，模型组大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)含量显著增高，孕酮(P)含量明显降低，安乳消痛丸各剂量组大鼠血清E2含量降低、P含量升高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；安乳消痛丸可减轻大鼠乳头肿胀度，降低乳腺组织重量；安乳消痛丸可可减少大鼠乳腺小叶和腺泡数目，降低腺泡上皮细胞高度，缩小腺腔直径。结论：安乳消痛丸通过调节大鼠血清性激素水平，改善乳腺组织病理变化，对大鼠乳腺增生具有较好治疗作用。其机理可能是通过降低血清E2含量，升高P含量，调节二者的相对平衡而实现的。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the influence of AnRu XiaoTong pills on the levels of estrogen (E2) and progesterone(P), histopathological morphology and the morphology of hyperplastic mammary gland in the naked eye examination of the rats. Methods: Rat models with hyperplasia were prepared, blank control group: intragastric administration of distilled water, 20mL/kg, once each day, for 25 consecutive days. Model control group: intragastric administration of distilled water, 20 mL/kg, once each day, for 25 consecutive days. High, moderate and low doses groups of AnRu XiaoTong pills were given with AnRu XiaoTong pills in low(2.5 g/kg), moderate (5.1g/kg) and high (7.7 g/kg), 20 mL/kg, once each day, for 25 consecutive days. Results: Compared with blank control group, the contents of E2 in the serum of the rats notably increased, and the contents of P significantly decreased in the model group, the contents of E2 lowered and the contents of P increased in different doses groups of AnRu XiaoTong pills (P＜0.05); AnRu XiaoTong pills could relieve nipple swelling of the rats, decrease the weight of mammary tissue; it could reduce the numbers of mammary gland lobules and mammary acini, decrease the height of acini epithelia and reduce acini diameter. Conclusion: AnRu XiaoTong pills are effective in treating mammary gland hyperplasia of the rats by regulating the levels of sex hormone of the rats and improving pathological changes of mammary glands. Its mechanism might be realized through decreasing the contents of E2 and raising the contents of P to adjust relative balance between E2 and P.
