摘要:
目的:研究益气固本颗粒最佳成型工艺。方法:以颗粒的成型率、吸湿百分率、溶化性、休止角以及外观性状为指标,筛选处方的最佳辅料、配比及成型工艺。结果:颗粒最佳成型工艺为(流浸膏+包合物)∶糊精=1∶2,60℃干燥8小时。所制颗粒成型率高,吸湿性小,溶化性和流动性好,外观色泽均匀一致。结论:益气固本颗粒所选辅料合理,成本低,成型工艺简便可行,为规模化生产提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the optimal shaping technology of YiQi GuBen granules. Methods: The best adjuvant materials, the proportion and the shaping technology of the prescription were screened by taking the shaping rate, moisture absorption percentage, dissolubility, response angle and appearance as the indexes. Results: The optimal shaping technology was (fluid extract+ adjuvant materials): dextrin=1:2, dried for eight hours under the temperature of 60℃. The granules showed high shaping rate, low moisture absorption, good dissolubility and mobility, uniform appearance and color. Conclusion: Appropriate adjuvant materials for YiQi GuBen granules with low cost, convenient and feasible shaping technology could provide theoretical evidence for mass production.
