摘要:
目的：观察消石利胆胶囊联合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗腹腔镜胆囊摘除术后综合征（PCS）的临床疗效。方法：将68例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例，对照组给予消石利胆胶囊治疗，观察组在此基础上给予柴胡疏肝散加减治疗，比较2组临床效果。结果：大便不协调、腹胀及胁痛等症状总分2组治疗后均明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组较对照组降低明显，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为94.12%，对照组为82.35%，临床疗效观察组优于对照组，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：消石利胆胶囊联合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗PCS临床疗效显著，可较好地改善临床症状，且安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of XiaoShi LiDan capsules combined with modified ChaiHu ShuGan powder in treating post-cholecystectomy syndrome(PCS). Methods: Sixty-eight patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally, the control group took XiaoShi LiDan capsules, the observation group took modified ChaiHu ShuGan powder on the basis of the therapy the control group accepted, curative effects were compared between both groups. Results: The integrals of the symptoms such as irregular bowel movement, abdominal distension, hypochondriac pain and others decreased obviously in both groups after treating(P＜0.05), the decrease of the observation group was more significant compared with that of the control group (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%, higher than 82.35% of the control group, and the observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects (P＜0.05). Conclusion: XiaoShi LiDan capsules combined with modified ChaiHu ShuGan powder are effective in treating PCS, which, safe and reliable, could improve clinical symptoms.
