丙种球蛋白联合穿琥宁治疗甲型H1N1流感42例-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：观察丙种球蛋白联合穿琥宁注射液治疗甲型H1N1流感的临床疗效。方法：将84例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，2组均给予抗病毒治疗，对照组加用丙种球蛋白静脉滴注，2.5 g/次，1次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予穿琥宁静脉滴注，400 mg/次，1次/d。2组均持续用药2周。观察2组临床症状消失时间及临床疗效。结果：治愈率观察组为57.1%，对照组为21.4%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为100.0%，对照组为92.9%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。发热、咳嗽、流涕、咽痛、肌痛、乏力、恶心、畏寒等临床症状消失时间观察组均短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：丙种球蛋白联合穿琥宁注射液治疗甲型H1N1流感临床疗效显著。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe curative effects of gamma globulin combined with ChuanHuNing injection in treating influenza A(H1N1). Methods: All 84 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, both groups accepted antiviral therapy, the control group received intravenous dripping of gamma globulin, 2.5g each time, once each day. The observation group accepted intravenous dripping of ChuanHuNing injection on the foundation of the therapy the control group received, 400 mg each time, once each day. Both groups were treated for two weeks consecutively. Curative effects and disappearing time of clinical symptoms in both groups were observed. Results: Cure rate of the observation group was 57.1%, higher than 21.4% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 92.9% of the control group, and the difference indicated statistical meaning(P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in disappearing time of clinical symptoms including fever, cough, running nose, sore throat, myodynia, fatigue, nausea, chilly and others(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Gamma globulin combined with ChuanHuNing injection is effective in treating influenza A (H1N1).
