摘要:
目的：观察鼻敏愈胶囊治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将变应性鼻炎患者468例按就诊先后顺序随机分为2组，观察组258例采用鼻敏愈胶囊治疗，6粒/次，3次/d，连用2周，对照组210例采用盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊治疗，1粒/次，1次/d，连用2周。结果：治疗组显效185例，有效40例，未愈33例，总有效率87.2％,对照组显效90例，有效45例，未愈75例，总有效率64.3％，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01）。结论：鼻敏愈胶囊治疗变应性鼻炎疗效优于盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of BiMinYu capsules in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: All 468 patients were randomized into two groups according to the visiting orders, 258 cases of the observation group were treated by BiMinYu capsules, six pills each time, three times per day, for two consecutive weeks, 210 cases of the control group took levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules, one pill each time, once each day, for two weeks consecutively. Results: There were 185 cases markedly effective, 40 cases effective, 33 cases uncured, total effective rate of the observation group was 87.2%, 90 cases markedly effective, 45 cases effective, 75 cases uncured, total effective rate of the control group was 64.3%, and the comparison between both groups showed significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion: BiMinYu capsules are superior to levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules in treating allergic rhinitis.
