摘要:
目的：探讨天香丹颗粒对血运重建患者生活质量的影响。方法：将血运重建患者99例随机分为天香丹组(51例)和对照组(48例)，对照组给予常规治疗，天香丹组在常规治疗基础上加用中药天香丹颗粒治疗。3个月为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗9个月后，SF-36量表评分显示2组患者在生理机能(PF)、躯体疼痛(BP)、生理职能(RP)及健康变化(HT)方面比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，说明天香丹组患者在心理感受方面优于对照组；在心绞痛发作情况(AF)、心绞痛稳定状态(AS)、治疗满意程度(TS)、疾病认知程度(DS)及躯体活动受限程度(PL)方面组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，说明天香丹组患者在躯体活动受限程度(PL)方面优于对照组。结论：芳香化浊，益气补虚法可改善血运重建患者临床症状，心功能情况，提高患者的生存质量，改善患者心理感受，促进术后患者的康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of TianXiangDan granules on quality of life of the patients with revascularization. Methods: All 99 patients were randomized into TianXiangDan granules group (51 cases) and the control group (48 cases), the control group accepted routine treatment, and TianXiangDan granules group were treated with TianXiangDan granules on the basis of routine treatment. Three months were one course of the treatment, clinical effects were observed in three consecutive courses of the treatment. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of physiological functions (PF), body pain (BP), role of physiology (RP) and healthy transformation (HT) in SF-36 scales between both groups after treating in nine months (P＜0.05), which demonstrated that TianXiangDan granules group was superior to the control group in psychological feelings; the difference presented statistical mening in the comparisons of atrial fibrillation (AF), angina stability (AS), therapeutic satisfaction (TS), disease cognitive degree (DS) and physical limitation (PL) between both groups (P＜0.05), and it presented that TianXiangDan granules group was superior to the control group in PL. Conclusion: The method of eliminating turbid pathogen with aromatics, supplementing Qi and deficiency could improve clinical symptoms of the patients with revascularization, heart function and psychological feelings, raise quality of life of the patients, and promote the recovery of the patients after the surgery.
