摘要:
目的：探讨大血藤对慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠血清IL-6和TNF-α及子宫病理形态学的影响。方法：采用苯酚胶浆法建立大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型，以血清中IL-6和TNF-α含量、子宫肿胀程度及病理组织形态学评价为考察指标，考察大血藤对盆腔炎大鼠的影响。结果：与模型组比较，大血藤各剂量组大鼠血清中IL-6、TNF-α含量均不同程度降低，子宫内膜病理组织形态学较模型组显著改善，子宫肿胀呈现减轻趋势。结论：大血藤通过抑制炎症相关反应，发挥对盆腔炎的治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the influence of DaXueTeng [Sargentodoxa cuneata (Oliv. ) Rehd. et Wils.] on uterine pathomorphology, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α of the rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Methods: Rat model with chronic PID was established by adopting phenol method, and the effects of DaXueTeng on the rats with PID were surveyed by observing the indexes of the contents of IL-6 and TNF-α, uterine swelling degrees and pathomorphology. Results: Compared with the model group, the contents of IL-6 and TNF-α decreased in different degrees in the rats of different doses groups of DaXueTeng, pathological morphology of endometria improved compared with the model group, uterine swelling relieved. Conclusion: DaXueTeng could treat PID by inhibiting inflammation-related reactions.
