摘要:
从病程分析与治疗时机选择，未病先防、已病防变，治病求本、标本兼治等方面总结张定华主任医师治疗糖尿病肾病的经验，张定华主任医师指出该病发病以肾气不足为本，浊毒瘀阻为标，提出“补肾益气化浊通络法”为治疗早期糖尿病肾病的大法，并依此研制出“糖肾康组方”，临床加减使用，每获良效。
Abstract:
Chief physician Zhang Dinghua′s experience of treating diabetic nephropathy(DN) was reviewed from three aspects: disease course analysis and therapeutic time, disease prevention first, prevention of disease development, treatment aiming at its root causes, treating both manifestation and root cause of the disease. She pointed out that the root cause of the disease was kidney Qi insufficiency and the symptom of the disease turbid toxin stagnation, and she raised BuShen YiQi HuaZhuo TongLuo method as the main therapy for DN at early stage, she prepared TangShenKang prescription according to the therapy, which were modified and could obtain good effects.
