摘要:
“疏泄”一词最早见于《黄帝内经》，可理解为涉及“脾土”与“肝木”之间的密切关系，是土与木关系的统论；至金元明时期，朱丹溪的“相火论”对“肝主疏泄”的内涵发展影响巨大；此后近代医家在此基础上又对该理论进行完善补充；新中国成立以后，“肝主疏泄”的理论被统一为肝的生理功能之一写进教材；此外，现代西医研究也从不同角度如心理应激角度，边缘系统理论，激素论等对肝主疏泄进行了合理阐释。
Abstract:
The term “liver governing catharsis” was first seen in HuangDi NeiJing, which meant the close relationship between spleen earth and liver wood, and the introduction of the correlations between earth and wood; till the JinYuan and Ming dynasties, Zhu Danxi′s "phase fire theory" presented great influences on the development and the connotations of "liver governing catharsis"; henceforth the physician in the modern times optimized the theory on the foundation; since new China was founded, the theory of "liver governing catharsis" had been written into the teaching material as one of physiological functions of liver; besides that, rational explanation of "liver governing catharsis" had been found from different angles: mental stress, marginal system theory and hormone theory in western medicine.
