摘要:
目的：观察平衡针灸治疗胸壁软组织闭合损伤的临床疗效。方法：将胸壁软组织闭合损伤患者102例随机分为对照组与试验组各51例。对照组应用双氯芬酸钠缓释片和活血止痛胶囊口服；试验组单纯采用平衡针灸进行治疗，1次/d，分别观察治疗后5分钟、24、48、72小时疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果：试验组与对照组72小时治愈率分别为90.20%和29.41%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：平衡针灸治疗胸壁软组织闭合损伤优于双氯芬酸钠缓释片和活血止痛胶囊。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of balance acupuncture in treating closed injury of chest wall soft tissue. Methods: All 102 patients were randomized into the control group and the experiment group, 51 cases each group. The control group accepted oral administration of diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets and HuoXue ZhiTong capsules; the patients of the experiment group were treated with balance acupuncture, once per day, the pain degrees of the patients were observed respectively in five minutes, 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after treating. Results: 72 h Cure rates of the experiment group and the control group were 90.20% and 29.41% respectively, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical effects of balance acupuncture are superior to these of diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets and HuoXue ZhiTong capsules in treating closed injury of chest wall soft tissue.
