Abstract:
Objective: To sum up specific therapeutic measures by consulting the related literature in recent years and summarizing postoperative infection causes after internal fixation. Methods: The reasons and strategies of postoperative infection after fracture internal fixation were summarized by analyzing the related literature of the patients in recent years. Results: The reasons of postoperative infection after internal fixation was extensive, and it could provide the reference for the control and prevention of fracture postoperative infection in clinic by analyzing the reasons. Conclusion: The key point of postoperative infection after internal fixation is to find early and treat early, rational use of antibiotics, strictly following the orders of aseptic technique, regulating invasive technique and improving body resistance could reduce the incidence of postoperative infection and raise the prognosis of the patients.
