摘要:
目的：探讨淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗原因不明复发性流产患者的护理干预对病情预后的影响。方法：将主动免疫治疗的原因不明复发性流产患者126例随机分为观察组与对照组各63例，观察组采用淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗，并实施护理干预，对照组仅采用淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗。比较2组患者妊娠成功率，分娩结局以及局部反应发生率和满意度。结果：观察组妊娠成功率、局部反应发生率、满意度、出生结局均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗原因不明复发性流产患者的同时实施有效护理干预，可提高患者满意度，增加妊娠率，减少局部反应发生率。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of lymphocyte active immunotherapy in treating patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (uRSA) on prognosis. Methods: Altogether 126 patients with uRSA by lymphocyte active immunotherapy were randomlydivided into the observation group and the control group, each group 63 cases, the observation group was given lymphocyte active immunotherapy and nursing intervention, the control group given simple lymphocyte active immunotherapy. Pregnancy success rate, delivery outcome, local reaction rate and satisfaction rate between two groups were compared. Results: Pregnancy success rate, delivery outcome, local reaction rate and satisfaction rate in the observation group were better than these of the control group, there were statistical differences(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Effective nursing intervention for the patients with uRSA treated by lymphocyte active immunotherapy on the basis of routine treatment can improve satisfaction rate of patients, pregnancy rate and reduce rate of local reaction.
