摘要:
目的:探讨膨化技术对药物剂量及治疗气虚效果的影响。方法:采用传统方法及膨化技术制备生脉胶囊及膨化生脉胶囊;建立小鼠心气虚动物模型,检测小鼠心肌匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)含量,研究生脉膨化胶囊对心气虚小鼠的保护作用。结果:生脉膨化胶囊可明显提高心气虚小鼠心肌匀浆中SOD活性,尤以生脉膨化胶囊中剂量组最为显著(P<0.05);生脉膨化胶囊可显著降低MDA含量,且中剂量组效果明显优于传统生脉胶囊组(P<0.05);生脉膨化胶囊能够显著降低心气虚小鼠心肌匀浆中CK、LDH酶活性(P<0.05),其降低LDH的效果显著优于传统生脉胶囊组(P<0.05)。结论:膨化技术能有效提高生脉胶囊对心气虚小鼠的保护作用,降低其起效浓度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influences of puffed technology on drug dosage and effects for treating Qi deficiency. Methods:ShengMai capsules and ShengMai puffed capsules were made by using traditional methods and puffed technology; mice model with heart-Qi dificency was built, SOD, MDA, LDH, CK levels in myocardial homogenate were detected, protection for mice with heart-Qi deficiency of ShengMai puffed capsules were studied. Results: ShengMai puffed capsules can improve the activity of SOD in myocardial homogenate of mice with heart-Qi deficiency, the dosage group of ShengMai puffed capsules was the most significant(P<0.05); ShengMai puffed capsules can reduce MDA level, the moderate dosage group was superior to the ShengMai puffed capsules group(P<0.05); ShengMai puffed capsules can reduce activity of CK and LDH in myocardial homogenate of mice with heart-Qi deficiency(P<0.05), its effect was superior to traditional ShengMai capsules notably(P<0.05). Conclusion: Puffed technology can promote protection for mice with heart-Qi deficiency of ShengMai puffed capsules effectively and reduce its effective concentration.
