摘要:
目的:建立一种同时测定大枣中齐墩果酸和白桦脂酸的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Hyperil BDS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),甲醇∶水(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,柱温25℃。结果:齐墩果酸、白桦脂酸在0.008~0.200 mg/mL呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为101.25%,101.64%,RSD分别为2.44%,1.25%。结论:该方法操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于大枣的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the methods for measuring oleanolic acid and betulinic acid in jujube simultaneously. Methods: HPLC was adpoted, chromatographic column was Hyperil BDS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), ratio between methyl alcohol and water (85∶15) was moving phase, detection wavelength was 210nm, column temperature was 25℃. Results: Oleanolic acid and betulinic acid had good linear relation from 0.008 to 0.200 mg/mL, average recycle rate101.25% and 101.64% seperately, RSD were 2.44% and1.25% seperately. Conclusion: This method is simple accurate and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of jujube.
