摘要:
目的：优选华佗麻药加减方乳膏剂的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用正交实验设计，以盐酸小檗碱的提取量及浸膏得率为指标，优选华佗麻药加减方乳膏剂的提取工艺。结果：华佗麻药加减方乳膏剂的较优提取工艺为：6倍量50 %乙醇，提取2次，1.5 h/次。结论：该提取工艺科学合理、质量稳定，为华佗麻药加减方乳膏剂的最佳提取工艺。
Abstract:
Objective: To select the optimal extraction methods of huatuo anesthetic recipe modified cream. Methods: Orthogonal design was adpoted, extraction quantity of berberine hydrochloride and extraction rate as indexes, the etraction methods of huatuo anesthetic recipe modified cream were selected. Results: The optimal extraction methods of huatuo anesthetic recipe modified cream were 50% alcohol of six times, extraction for two times, 1.5 hour per time. Conclusion: This extraction method is proper, scentific, and has stable quality, it is the optimal extraction method for huatuo anesthetic recipe modified cream.
