摘要:
目的：观察艾灸联合玉屏风散治疗小儿脾胃虚弱型泄泻的临床疗效。方法：将76例患儿随机分为观察组及对照组各38例。2组患儿根据脱水程度均适量补充补液盐(ORS)，并适当调整饮食。观察组给予艾灸联合玉屏风散治疗，对照组给予蒙脱石散口服。比较2组患儿临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、唾液淀粉酶活性、D-木糖排泄率的变化情况。结果：中医证候积分2组治疗后均明显降低(P＜0.05)，观察组较对照组降低更明显(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为94.74%，对照组为84.21%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。唾液淀粉酶活性及D-木糖排泄率2组治疗后均明显升高，观察组较对照组明显升高(P＜0.05)。结论：艾灸联合玉屏风散治疗小儿脾胃虚弱型腹泻临床疗效显著，且可提高唾液淀粉酶活性、D-木糖排泄率，改善临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of moxa with YuPingFeng San in treating infantile diarrhea weakness of the spleen and stomach. Methods: 76 infants were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group 38 cases. Infantile patients in both groups were given proper ORS and diet adjustment. The observation group was given moxa and YuPingFeng San, the control group given oral administration of monotmorillonite powder. Compared clinical effects, the changes of TCM symtoms scores, saliva amylase activity before and after treatment, D-xylose excretory rate in two groups. Results: TCM symtoms scores decreased obviously after treatment in both groups (P＜0.05), the observation group decreased more obviously than the control group (P＜0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.74%, the control group was 84.21%, there was statistical difference(P＜0.05). Saliva amylase activity and D-xylose excretory rate increased obviously after treatment in both groups，the observation group increased more obviously than the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Moxa with YuPingFeng San in treating infantile diarrhea of weakness of the spleen and stomach have good clinical effects, which can promote saliva amylase activity, D-xylose excretory rate, and improve clinical symptoms.
