摘要:
目的:建立木贼配方颗粒质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对木贼配方颗粒进行鉴别;采用HPLC法对木贼配方颗粒中的山奈素进行测定,并对木贼配方颗粒相关指标进行检查。结果:TLC 方法中木贼配方颗粒在与木贼对照药材对应位置上,呈现相同颜色的斑点;山奈素的线性范围为0.040 48~0.404 8 μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.44%(RSD=1.21%,n=9)。木贼配方颗粒水分、溶化性、粒度均达到药典颗粒剂的要求。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于木贼配方颗粒的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the quality standard of MuZei(Equisetum hiemale) dispensing granules. Methods: MuZei dispensing granules were discerned by TLC method; at the same time, the kaempferide from MuZei dispensing granules was measured by HPLC method, and the relevant indexes of MuZei dispensing granules were examined. Results: MuZei dispensing granules in TLC showed the same color spots at a position corresponding to the control medicine of MuZei; The linear range of kaempferol was 0.040 48~0.404 8 μg (r=0.999 8), and the average recovery rate was 98.44% (RSD=1.21%, n=9). The moisture, solubility, and particle size of MuZei dispensing granules all reached the requirements of Pharmacopoeia granules. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of MuZei dispensing granules.
