摘要:
目的:通过数据挖掘,分析黄芪多糖治疗糖尿病的研究现状。方法:从中国知网(CNKI)数据库自建库起至2015年8月检索关键词“黄芪多糖”“糖尿病”,纳入黄芪多糖治疗糖尿病的全部文献,然后从文献年度分布、发表类型、学科分布、基金类型方面分析黄芪多糖治疗糖尿病的文献特征;从文献的主要单位及作者、主要疾病分布、研究类型方面分析黄芪多糖治疗糖尿病的研究现状。结果:从CNKI数据库文献检索发现黄芪多糖治疗糖尿病的研究共有257篇相关文献。其中196篇文献发表在学术期刊上,23篇为国内重要会议论文,17篇为优秀硕士学位论文,12篇为博士学位论文,少数分布在报纸、特色期刊及国际会议论文。从学科分布看,主要集中在中药学(152篇)和中医学(63篇)。国家自然科学基金资助最多(28篇),其他分散在各省科研计划中。研究最多的机构是武汉大学(71篇),其次是复旦大学附属华山医院(40)篇。研究内容主要针对糖尿病肾病(41篇)、糖尿病心血管病变(17篇)、糖尿病足(16篇),主要以动物实验为主(114篇),临床研究较少(8篇)。结论:黄芪多糖治疗糖尿病的研究呈逐年增长趋势,近10年增长迅速;在糖尿病方面药理作用广泛,可以治疗糖尿病肾病、糖尿病心肌病、糖尿病足、糖尿病视网膜病变等,尤其对糖尿病肾病作用显著。但大多数研究仅限于动物实验,临床研究不足,需要广大科研人员推进临床应用方面的研究。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the research status of Astragalus Polysaccharides (APS) in the treatment of diabetes through data mining. Methods: Keywords "APS" and "diabetes" were retrieved in the CNKI database from the day of database building to August,2015, and all literatures of APS in treating diabetes were included. Then, the literature characteristics of APS in the treatment of diabetes were analyzed from the aspects of annual distribution, publication type, subject distribution and fund types; the research status quo of APS in the treatment of diabetes mellitus was analyzed from the aspects of the main units and authors, the distribution of main diseases and the types of research. Results: Through searching in the literature, it was found that there were 257 relevant documents in total. Among them, 196 articles were published in the academic journals, 23 articles were the domestic important conference papers, and 17 articles were the excellent master’s theses, 12 ones were the doctoral dissertation. A small number of them were published in newspapers, characteristic periodicals and international conferences. From the perspective of subject distribution, they focused mainly on Chinese medicine (152 articles) and traditional Chinese medicine (63 articles). Beside, most of them were supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (28 articles), others were scattered in the provincial scientific research plans. What’s more, the institution who has the most researches was Wuhan University(71 articles), and the following one was Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University (40 articles). Moreover, the main contents of this study were diabetic nephropathy (41 articles), diabetic cardiovascular disease (17 articles) and diabetic foot (16 articles), mainly in animal experiments (114 articles) while less in clinical researches (8 articles). Conclusion: The study on the treatment of diabetes mellitus with APS is showing a trend of increasing year by year, and increasesrapidly in the recent ten years; It is widely used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic cardiomyopathy, diabetic foot, diabetic retinopathy and so on, especially good for the diabetic nephropathy. Nevertheless, most studies are limited to animal experiments, and clinical research is insufficient. Therefore, more researchers need to promote the study of clinical application research.
