摘要:
结合国内中医临床人才胜任力研究的探索实践，梳理中医临床专业人才胜任力模型构建的基本流程和研究现状，以期对今后不断提升中医临床人才培养质量提供参考依据。
Abstract:
In order to provide the reference for continuously improving the training quality TCM clinical personnel in future, basic procedure and research status of the TCM clinical personnel competence training mode are summarized on the basis of the exploration and the practice of studying domestic TCM clinical personnel competence.
