摘要:: 目的:观察红藤煎口服治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法:将阑尾周围脓肿患者204例随机分为治疗组和对照组各102例。对照组给予抗炎、消肿等常规治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服中药红藤煎，治疗1周后比较2组患者临床疗效及症状体征改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为98.04%，对照组为90.19%，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：红藤煎口服联合抗炎、消肿等治疗阑尾周围脓肿疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore clinical effects of oral administration of HongTeng Jian in treating periappendiceal abscess. Methods: All 204 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 102 cases each group. The control group accepted routine treatment to fight against the inflammation and reduce the swelling, and the treatment group took HongTeng Jian orally on the basis of the treatment the control group received, clinical effects of both group, the changes of the symptoms and body signs of the patients were compared after treating in one week. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.04%, higher than 90.19% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Oral administration of HongTeng Jian combined with routine treatment against the inflammation and swelling are superior to only conventional therapy of western medicine in treating periappendiceal abscess.
