摘要:
目的：探讨综合护理对中风恢复期患者康复效果的影响。方法：将中风恢复期患者104例按照护理方案分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予综合护理。3个月后比较2组患者康复疗效及日常生活能力。结果：观察组患者康复总有效率为92.3%，高于对照组的76.9%；观察组患者日常生活能力评分为(89.3±11.2）分，高于对照组的（82.8±10.6）分，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理能显著提高中风恢复期患者日常生活能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of comprehensive nursing on the rehabilitation of stroke patients at recovery stage. Methods: All 104 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 52 cases each group. The control group accepted routine care and the observation comprehensive nursing. Rehabilitation effects and daily living ability of the patients in both groups were compared in three months. Results: Total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 92.3%, higher than 76.9% of the control group remarkably; the scales of daily living ability of the patients in the observation group were (89.3±11.2), notably higher than (82.8±10.6) of the control group, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing could obviously improve daily living ability of stroke patients at recovery stage notably.
