目的:测定黄芩根系(根茎、主根、支根和毛根)中的黄酮类成分,了解在不同根系中的分布,为综合利用提出依据。方法:建立HPLC法同时测定黄芩中四种黄酮类成分的测定方法,甲醇和0.1%磷酸为流动相,进行梯度洗脱。结果:根茎、主根、支根和毛根中的黄芩苷含量分别4.26%~7.20%、12.19%~14.49%、11.12%~15.79%和8.71%~11.34%,汉黄芩苷和汉黄芩素主要分布在根茎和主根中,黄芩素各部位相近。结论:黄芩根系中含有多种黄酮类成分,应该分别加以利用。
Abstract:
Objective: To raise the evidence for comprehensive utilization of flavonoids by determining flavonoids in root system (rootstock, main root and rootlet) of HuangQin (Scutellaria baicalensis) and surveying its distribution in different root systems. Methods: HPLC method was established to determine four kinds of flavonoids in HuangQin, methanol and 01% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, and gradient elution was performed. Results: The percentages of the contents of flavonoids contained in rootstock, main root, rootlet and hair root were 4.26%~7.20%, 12.19%~14.49%, 11.12%~15.79% and 8.71%~11.34% respectively, wogonoside and wogonin mainly distributed in the rootstock and main root, the contents of baicalein in different parts were similar. Conclusion: There were different kinds of flavonoids contained in the root system of HuangQin, and they should be utilized respectively.
