摘要:
目的：系统评价冠心舒通胶囊治疗稳定性心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法：全面检索Cochrane图书馆、Pubmed、Embase、CNKI、VIP和万方数据库，纳入冠心舒通胶囊治疗稳定性心绞痛的随机对照试验（RCT），开始时间为2001年7月截至日期为2014年3月，按Cochrane协作网推荐的方法进行系统评价。结果：最终纳入7个RCT，共841例患者。Meta分析结果显示,在冠心病心绞痛的基础治疗上加用冠心舒通胶囊，与对照组比较可以显著改善稳定性心绞痛患者心绞痛的疗效和心电图疗效（P<0.05）。患者每天的心绞痛发作次数,以及在微头痛、面部潮红和胃肠道不适等不良反应方面，2组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:基于目前临床证据，对于稳定性心绞痛的患者，加用冠心舒通胶囊可提高患者的心绞痛疗效和心电图疗效，实现改善患者的生存和减轻症状的治疗目标，同时无明显的不良反应，但对于心绞痛的发作次数方面的影响尚不能得出可靠结论。
Abstract:
Objective: To systematically assess clinical effects and the safety of GuanXin ShuTong capsules in treating stable angina pectoris (SAP). Methods: By completely searching Cochrane library, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, VIP and Wangfang database, RCTs on GuanXin ShuTong capsules in treating SAP were included from July，2001 to March, 2014, and systematic assessment was performed according to the methods recommended by Cochrane Collaboration network. Results: Seven RCTs were included consequently, altogether 841 patients. Meta analysis results demonstrated that basic therapy combined with GuanXin ShuTong capsules could notably improve clinical effects of angina pectoris and curative effects of ECG of SAP patients significantly compared with the control group (P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the times of angina pectoris attack of the patients each day, adverse reactions such as slight headache, flushing and gastrointestinal discomforts between both groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Based on clinical evidence currently, adding GuanXin ShuTong capsules for SAP patients could improve clinical effects of angina pectoris and curative effects of ECG, realize therapeutic aims of improving the survival of the patients and alleviating the symptoms, simultaneously without obvious adverse reaction, but the reliable conclusions couldn′t be obtained on the effects of the attack times of angina pectoris.
