摘要:
目的：观察金乌骨通胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为2组，每组40例。2组均给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，2 mL/次，1次/周。观察组同时服用金乌骨通胶囊，3次/d，3粒/次。2组均连续治疗5周。观察2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、膝关节Lysholm关节功能评分、膝关节活动度(ROM)评分及临床疗效。结果：膝关节VAS评分治疗前后2组组内比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。干预后ROM角度、Lysholm膝关节评分2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。优良率观察组为95.0%，对照组为75.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：金乌骨通胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎，能显著缓解膝关节疼痛，改善关节活动能力，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of JinWu GuTong capsules in treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: Eighty patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 40 cases each group. Both groups accepted intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate, 2 mL each time, once each week. The observation group took JinWu GuTong capsules orally simultaneously, three times per day, three pills each time. Both groups were treated for five weeks consecutively. Clinical effects, range of motion (ROM) scales, knee Lysholm joint function scales and VAS scales of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of VAS scales before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05), the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons of ROM angles and Lysholm knee joint scales after the intervention (P＜0.05). The excellent rate of the observation group was 95.0%, higher than 75.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion:JinWu GuTong capsules could notably relieve knee joint pain, improve joint activity ability and improve clinical effects in treating KOA.
