摘要:
目的：观察钢板螺丝钉内固定术联合中药熏洗治疗肱骨中下段骨折合并桡神经损伤的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者按就诊顺序分为2组，每组30例。对照组采取钢板螺丝钉内固定术进行治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上使用中药熏洗方式进行治疗，观察2组桡神经恢复和骨折愈合情况，比较住院时间和骨折愈合时间。结果：桡神经恢复的优良率观察组为90.00%，对照组为53.33%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。骨折愈合的优良率观察组为80.00%，对照组为33.33%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组的住院时间、骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：肱骨中下段骨折合并桡神经损伤采取钢板螺丝钉内固定术联合自拟中药熏洗方案进行治疗，能有效促进患者的骨折愈合和桡神经恢复，临床疗效良好。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of plate-screw internal fixation jointed with herbal fumigation in treating distal humeral fractures complicated with radial nerve injury. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups according to visiting order, 30 cases each group. The patients in the control group were treated by plate screw internal fixation, and the patients in the observation group accepted herbal fumigation on the foundation of the therapy the control group received, hospitalization time and fractures healing time were compared, radial nerve recovery and fractures healing conditions of both groups were observed. Results: Radial nerve recovery excellent rate of the observation group was 90.00%, higher than 53.33% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Fracture healing excellent rate of the observation group was 80.00%, higher than 33.33% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in hospitalization time and fracture healing time significantly, and the difference indicated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Treating distal humeral fractures complicated with radial nerve injury by plate screw internal fixation jointed with herbal fumigation could effectively promote fracture healing and radial nerve recovery of the patients with good clinical effects.
