摘要:: 目的：探讨胰体尾切除联合脾、左肾及、血管切除加人造血管移植术的护理方法。方法：术前给予患者主动心理干预，术后重点针对发生率较高的出血、血栓形成、胰瘘、腹腔感染等并发症进行预防及针对性护理，同时密切观察各管道是否通畅、引流液的量和性质以及血糖控制情况等。结果：本病例患者恢复顺利，未出现相关并发症。结论：加强围手术期护理干预是保证胰体尾切除联合脾、右肾及血管切除加人造血管移植患者顺利康复的重要保障。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the nursing methods for the patients undergoing the body and tail of pancreas resection, splenectomy, left kidney resection, vascular resection and artificial vascular graft. Methods: The patient accepted active psychological intervention before the operation, the prevention and corresponding care aiming at the complications in higher incidences such as bleeding, thrombosis, pancreatic fistula, abdominal infection and others, simultaneously, closely observation on whether the catheter was free or not, the volume and the nature of intraabdominal fluid, the conditions of blood glucose and others. Results: The patients recovered smoothly, and no related complications occurred. Conclusion: Enhancing perioperative nursing intervention is the important guarantee for the smooth recovery of the patients who underwent the body and tail of pancreas resection, splenectomy, left kidney resection, vascular resection and artificial vascular graft.
