摘要:: 目的：对40例尿毒症维持血液透析患者进行C反应蛋白(CRP)检验及颈动脉彩色超声检查,证实二者的相关性；常规HP治疗基础上配合补阳还五汤合，右归饮加减内外疗法,观察疗效。方法：选择上述尿毒症组40例患者，与健康人20例对照分析；治疗组采用常规HP治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤，右归饮加减内外治法，分别于治疗1、2、3(4周为1疗程)疗程后检测CRP的值。结果：治疗1疗程，治疗组总有效率70.0%；至疗组治疗2疗程，总有效率87.5%；治疗3疗程总有效率90.0%。结论：中药干预尿毒症血透患者，可有效改善动脉硬化及营养状况，降低死亡率。

Abstract:: Objective: To detect CRP of 40 uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis and color Doppler ultrasonography of carotid artery, verify the relativity between them, to observe clinical effects of BuYang HuanWu decoction and YouGui drink on the basis of HP treatment. Methods: Forty patients in the uremia group were selected, compared with 20 healthy persons in the control group, the control group adopted BuYang HuanWu decoction and YouGui drink on the basis of conventional HP treatment, The values of CRP were detected after treating for the one, two and three courses respectively, and the incidence of adverse reaction was recorded. Results: After treating for one course, total effective rate was 70%; after treating for two courses, total effective rate was 87.5%; after treating for three courses, total effective rate was 90.0%. Conclusion: Herbs applied to the intervention of uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis could effectively improve atherosclerosis and nutritional state, and lower mortality.Conclusion:Herbs applied to the intervention of uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis could effectively improve atherosclerosis and nutritional state, and lower mortality.
