摘要:: 目的：观察金苓健儿颗粒内服配合黄连素神阙穴贴敷治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法：将140例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各70例，2组均给予抗病毒、补液、退热、蒙脱石散止泻、益生菌调节肠道菌群等基础治疗，对照组给予黄连素神阙穴贴敷治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予金苓健儿颗粒内服治疗。2组均治疗7天。观察2组治疗前后临床症状积分、相关免疫功能指标的变化情况，并统计临床疗效。结果：发热、腹泻次数、大便性状、脱水、腹痛、食欲减退积分和总分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。IgA、IgG、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为94.3%，对照组为80.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：金苓健儿颗粒配合黄连素神阙穴贴敷能够显著缓解秋季腹泻患儿临床症状，促进体液和细胞免疫功能恢复，提高临床疗效。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore clinical effects of oral administration of JinLing JianEr granules combined with acupoint application of berberine at ShenQue(CV8, RN8) in treating infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods: All 140 children were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 70 cases each group, both groups accepted basic therapies including antivirus, fluid infusion, defervesce, Montmorillonite powder to stop the diarrhea and probiotics to regulate intestinal microflora, the control group were treated with acupoint application of berberine at ShenQue and the observation group took JinLing JianEr granules orally on the foundation of the therapy of the control group accepted. Both groups were treated for seven days. Clinical symptom scales and the related indexes of immune functions of both groups were observed, and clinical effects were counted. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the scales of fever, the times of diarrhea, stool property, dehydration, abdominal pain, anorexia as well as total scales before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in the comparisons of the levels of IgA, IgG, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/ CD8+ before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05), the difference was statistically significant in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.3%, higher than 80.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: JinLing JianEr granules combined with acupoint application of berberine at ShenQue could significantly relieve clinical symptoms of the children with autumn diarrhea, promote the recovery of humor and cellular immune function and improve clinical effects.
