摘要:
目的：观察仙方活命饮内服配合金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法：将86例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组、对照组各43例，2组均进行一次性根治手术治疗，对照组术后常规换药治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予仙方活命饮内服配合金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴治疗，2组均连续治疗28天。观察2组疼痛程度的变化情况、起效时间、创面愈合时间、临床疗效、患者满意度及安全性。结果：2组术后第1天疼痛程度无明显变化，术后第3天、第7天均有所缓解，其中观察组疼痛程度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。起效时间及创面愈合时间2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为95.35%，对照组为81.40%，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗总满意度观察组为93.02%，对照组为76.74%，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗期间2组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论：仙方活命饮内服配合金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴治疗肛周脓肿，可减缓疼痛、促进创面愈合，提高临床疗效及患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of oral administration of XianFang HuoMing drink combined with hip bath of JinXuan hemorrhoid fumigation powder in treating perianal abscess. Methods: All 86 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group according to the visiting order, 43 cases each group, one-off radical operation was performed in both groups, the control group accepted conventional changing dressing after the operation, and the observation group received oral administration of XianFang HuoMing drink combined with hip bath of JinXuan hemorrhoid fumigation powder, both groups were treated for 28 days consecutively, the safety, the patients′ satisfaction degrees, clinical effects, wound healing time and onset time and the changes of pain degrees in both groups were observed. Results: Pain degrees showed no obvious changes in the first day after the operation in both groups, relieved in the third and seventh day after the surgery, the observation group was superior to the control group in the pain degrees (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of onset time and wound healing time between both groups (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, higher than 81.40% of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Total satisfaction degree of the therapy in the observation group was 93.02%, higher than 76.74% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). No severe adverse reaction occurred during the therapeutic period. Conclusion: Oral administration of XianFang HuoMing drink combined with hip bath of JinXuan hemorrhoid fumigation powder in treating perianal abscess could alleviate the pain, promote wound healing, improve clinical effects and the patients′ satisfaction degree.
