摘要:
目的:对咽炎无糖颗粒中的药材进行定性鉴别,以更好地控制产品质量,建立质量标准研究方案。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对颗粒组方中的主要药材陈皮、忍冬藤、麦冬、甘草进行定性鉴别,分别以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(15∶3∶2)、石油醚-氯仿-丙酮-乙酸(10∶4∶4∶0.1)、甲苯-甲醇-冰醋酸(80∶5∶0.1)、乙酸乙酯-甲酸-冰醋酸-水(15∶1∶1∶2.5)为展开剂展开。结果:供试品色谱在对照品或对照药材色谱相应位置上显相同颜色斑点,所得斑点清晰,专属性强,阴性样品无干扰。结论:本研究建立的定性鉴别测定方法简便、结果准确、专属性强、重复性好,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective: To control the quality of the products better and establish research approach of quality standard by identifying the herbs in pharyngitis sugarless granule qualitatively. Methods: TLC was used to identify main herbs ChenPi (pericarpium citri reticulatae), RenDongTeng (caulis lonicerae), MaiDong (lilyturf root; ophiopogon root) and GanCao (Radix liquiritiae) in the medicinal formular of the granules qualitatively, ethyl acetate-methanol-water(15:3:2), petroleum benzin-chloroform-acetone-acetic acid(10:4:4:0.1),methylbenzene-methanol-glacial acetic acid (80:5:0.1) and ethyl acetate- methanoic acid-glacial acetic acid-water (15:1:1:2.5) were chosen as the developing agents respectively. Results: The chromatographic spots of the tested products were in the same color in the corresponding position of the control or control materials, the spots were clear with strong specificity, and the negative samples had no interference. Conclusion: Qualitative content determination method established in the study was simple, accurate, specific and reproducible, which could be used for quality control of the products.
