摘要:
目的：探索数据包络分析(DEA)方法在医院临床科室医疗服务相对效率评价的应用。方法：以甘肃省某中医院18个临床科室为评价对象，选用了DEA规模收益不变(CRS/CCR)和规模收益可变(VRS/BCC)模型，从中医医疗服务数量产出导向的角度对医院科室2015年中医医疗服务相对效率进行评价。结果：5个科室达到技术有效，7个科室达到纯技术有效而未达到规模有效，6个科室既未达到纯技术有效也未达到规模有效。结论：DEA方法可以有效的识别各科室之间的效率差别，客观性较强，可以确定低效率的根源。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to assess the relative efficiency of medical service in clinical department. Methods: All 18 clinical departments a TCM Hospital of Gansu province of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were chosen as the evaluation objects, to assess the relative efficiency of TCM medical service in hospital departments at the year of 2015 from the angle of quantity output-oriented TCM medical service aftre choosing DEA CRSLCCR and VRS/BCC models. Results: There are five departments showing the effective technique, seven departments reaching the effective pure technique while not reaching the effective size, six departments not reaching the effective pure technique and the effective size. Conclusion: DEA method could effectively distinguish the efficiency difference among different departments, which shows strong objectivity and confirm the source of low efficiency.
