摘要:
目的：观察咳嗽贴联合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各45例，对照组采用常规口服西药治疗，观察组在此基础上给予小儿咳嗽贴穴位贴敷治疗，2组均于连续治疗7天后观察临床症状缓解情况及临床疗效。结果：止咳时间、退热时间、肺部口罗音消失时间观察组均短于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为95.6%，对照组为80.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：小儿咳嗽贴联合常规西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎比单纯常规西药治疗效果更好，能有效减少治疗时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of cough plaster combined with western medicine in treating infantile alveobronchiolitis. Methods: Ninety children were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases each group, the control group adopted conventional western medicine orally, and the observation group acupoint application of cough plaster on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, the remission conditions of clinical symptoms and clinical effects of both groups were observed after they were treated for seven days consecutively. Results: The observation group was shorter than the control group in cough relieving time, antipyretic time and lung rale extinction time, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%, higher than 83.6% of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical effects of cough plaster combined with conventional western medicine are superior to the effects of only conventional western medicine in treating infantile alveobronchiolitis, and the combination therapy could effectively decrease therapeutic time.
