摘要:
目的：观察三皮止痒汤坐浴治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将60例肛周湿疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组予高锰酸钾溶液坐浴，观察组予以三皮止痒汤坐浴。2组均每天坐浴1次，每次15分钟，于连续治疗2周后观察2组临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后瘙痒评分、皮疹形态评分、湿疹皮疹面积评分、肛周渗液评分及皮肤病生活质量指数评分的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为100.0%，对照组为70.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。瘙痒评分、皮疹形态评分、湿疹皮疹面积评分及肛周渗液评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。生活质量指数评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组患者治疗中均未出现恶心不适、过敏等不良事件。结论：三皮止痒汤坐浴治疗肛周湿疹可明显改善临床症状，提高生活质量及临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of hip bath with SanPi ZhiYang decoction in treating perianal eczema. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases each group, the control group accepted hip bath of liquor potassii permanganates and the observation group hip bath with SanPi ZhiYang decoction. Both groups accepted hip bath once each day, 15 minutes each time, the changes of the scores of quality of life indexes for skin diseases, perianal effusion scores, the scores of eczema and rash area, rash morphological scores, itching scores of both groups before and after treating, adverse reaction and clinical effects were observed after they were treated for two weeks consecutively. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%, higher than 70.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in the comparisons of itching scores, rash morphological scores, the scores of eczema and rash area and perianal effusion scores(P＜0.05), the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of the scores of quality of life indexes within both groups before and after treating(P＜0.05), the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). No adverse reaction such as nausea, discomfort, allergy and others happened during the therapeutic course. Conclusion: Hip bath with SanPi ZhiYang decoction in treating perianal eczema could obviously improve clinical symptoms, raise quality of life and clinical effects.
