摘要:
目的:观察瑶药抗疲方对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及血液流变学的影响,探讨其治疗CFS的作用机制。方法:将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、瑶药抗疲方组,每组10只。模拟中医劳力、劳神、房劳法建立CFS模型。采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定MDA,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定SOD,采用血液流变仪测定全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度。结果:大鼠血清SOD活性比较,模型组较对照组明显下降(P<0.01);MDA含量比较,模型组较对照组明显上升(P<0.01);模型组大鼠高切、低切黏度和血浆黏度较对照组都明显升高(P<0.01);瑶药抗疲方组大鼠血清SOD活性与模型组比较显著提高(P<0.01)而血清MDA含量明显下降(P<0.05),高切和低切黏度下降(P<0.01),血浆黏度下降(P<0.05)。结论:瑶药抗疲方可改变CFS模型大鼠氧自由基代谢和血液流变学,增强CFS模型大鼠的抗氧化能力,降低血液黏度。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of Yao medicine anti-fatigue prescription on hemorheology, SOD and MDA of the rats with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and discuss the mechanism of the prescription in treating CFS. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats were randomized into the control group, the model group and the group of Yao medicine anti-fatigue prescription, ten rats each group. CFS models were prepared by the method of TCM force, spirit and sexual strain. MDA was detected by thiobarbituric acid method, SOD by xanthine oxidase method, plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity(high shear and low shear) measured by blood rheomter. Results: In the comparison of SOD activity of the rats, the model group reduced obviously compared with the control group(P<0.01); the comparisons of MDA contents, the model group raised compared with the control group notably(P<0.01); high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the model group improved remarkably compared with the control group(P<0.01). SOD activity of the rats in the group of Yao medicine anti-fatigue prescription rose significantly compared with the model group (P<0.01), while the contents of MDA lowered notably (P<0.05), high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity decreased(P<0.01), plasma viscosity lowered(P<0.01). Conclusion: Yao medicine anti-fatigue prescription could improve the hemorheology and oxygen free radical metabolism of CFS rat model, enhance oxidation resistance of CFS rat and decrease plasma viscosity.
