摘要:
目的:通过测定琥珀酸和盐酸麻黄碱的含量来控制半夏曲的质量。方法:采用电位滴定法建立琥珀酸成分的含量测定方法,通过紫外分光光度法建立其中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。结果:琥珀酸含量测定线性范围为1.8~7.8 mg/mL(r=0.999 2),平均回收率(n=6)为100.19%(RSD=2.26%);盐酸麻黄碱含量测定线性范围是0.008 2~0.041 0 mg/mL(r=0.999 1),平均回收率(n=6)为99.71%(RSD=2.38%)。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为半夏曲的质量控制方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To control the quality of BanXiaQu (pinellia rhizome fermented mass) by determining the contents of chelidoninic acid and ephedrine hydrochloride. Methods: Eectric titration was adopted to establish the content determination method of chelidoninic acid, and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was used to set up the content determination method of ephedrine hydrochloride. Results: Linearity range of content determination method of chelidoninic acid was 1.8 to 7.8 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 2), average recovery rate (n=6) was 100.19% (RSD=2.26%); linearity range of content determination method of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.008 2 to 0.041 0 mg/mL(r=0.999 1),average recovery rate (n=6) was 99.71% (RSD=2.38%). Conclusion: The method, sensitive, accurate and reproducibile,could be used as the method for quality control of BanXiaQu.
