摘要:
目的:以枳椇子为原料,利用响应曲面-多指标评价法优化枳椇子的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,应用Box-Behnken设计方法建立数学模型,选择提取时间、溶剂倍数、提取次数为影响因子,以枳椇子干膏粉中皂苷含量、总黄酮含量及干膏收率3个指标为响应值,进行响应曲面分析。结果:枳椇子的最佳工艺条件为提取时间2小时、提取次数4次、溶剂倍量8倍量。结论:提取工艺与模型高度拟合,可以用于工业生产。
Abstract:
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of ZhiJuZi (Citrus trifoliata) by using response surface-multiple index evaluation method and taking ZhiJuZi as the raw material. Methods: Based on single factor test, Box-Behnken design technique was used to build mathematical models, response surface analysis was performed by choosing extraction time, solvent multiple, extraction times as the influencing factors and taking three indexes of the contents of saponin and total flavonoids contained in dry paste of ZhiJuZi, and dry paste yield as the response values. Results: The best technological condition of ZhiJuZi was extraction time: two hours, extraction times: four times, solvent multiple: eight times. Conclusion: The extraction technology which agreed with the model highly could be applied to industrial production.
