摘要:
目的：优化软皮热敷散的醇提工艺。方法：以苦参碱含量和干膏得率为评价指标，以乙醇浓度、提取次数、溶剂量、提取时间为考察因素，采用正交试验优选其提取工艺。结果：软皮热敷散醇提药材的最佳提取工艺为加入6倍量70%乙醇，提取2次，1.5 h/次，合并提取液。结论：优选出的软皮热敷散提取工艺简单、稳定、合理、可行。
Abstract:
Objective: To optimize the alcohol extraction process of RuanPi hot compressing powder. Methods: Orthogonal test was perfermed to optimize the extraction process by taking the contents of matrine and dry extract rate as the evaluation indexes, ethanol concentrations, extraction times, solvent amount and extraction time as theinvestigation factors. Results: The optimal ethanol extraction process of the herbs in RuanPi hot compressing powder were: adding six times the amount of 70% ethanol, extracting twice, and 1.5 h each time, merging the extract. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process of RuanPi hot compressing powder is simple, stable, rational and feasible.
