摘要:
目的：观察拇指罐理疗方法护理带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法：采用拇指罐理疗方法对60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者进行治疗、护理。采用视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)测痛法观察并记录治疗、护理前及皮损消退后30、90天末患者的疼痛评分，计算疼痛下降指数，观察临床效果。结果：有效率皮损消退后30天为71.7%，90天为93.3%。结论：拇指罐理疗治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效率皮损消退后90天高于皮损消退后30天。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of thumb cupping therapy in the care for postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods: Sixty PHN patients were treated and nursed by using thumb cupping therapy. Pain scores of the patients were observed and recorded before treating, before the care, in 30 and 90 days after skin lesions relieved by using VAS method, pain index was calculated and clinical effects were observed. Results: The effective rate after skin lesion relieved in 30 days was 71.7%, lower than 93.3% in 90 days after skin lesion relieved. Conclusion: The effective rate in 90 days after skin lesion relieved is higher than that in 30 days when treating PHN by thumb cupping therapy.
