摘要:
从“肺毒”与“络病”角度探讨虫类药物在特发性肺纤维化(IPF)治疗中的作用,指出IPF基本病理为毒损肺络,是本虚标实之证,痰毒和瘀毒贯穿整个病程,而久病入络所致的脏腑虚损则是疾病发展的最终结果,临床常用蝉蜕、僵蚕、蜈蚣、全蝎等化痰散结,祛瘀生新,治疗肺毒所致IPF;以蛤蚧、冬虫夏草等活血祛瘀,补肺益肾,治疗久病伤络所致IPF。
Abstract:
The effects of insects medicine in the treatment for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) are discussed from the angles of "pulmonary toxin" and "collaterals disease", it was pointed out that the basic pathology of IPF was toxin-damaged pulmonary collaterals, and it was the pattern of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, phlegm toxin and stagnation toxin were all throughout the whole course, visceral deficiency induced by long illness entering into the collaterals were the terminal results of the disease development, the herbs of ChanTui (periostracum cicada), JiangCan (bombyx batryticatus), WuGong(centipede), QuanXie (scorpio) and others which could reduce the phlegm and resolve the masses, eliminate the stasis for promoting tissue regeneration, were commonly used in clinic to treat IPF induced by pulmonary toxin; GeJie (Gekko), DongChongXiaCao (Cordyceps) and others were used to treat IPF induced by long illness entering into the collaterals, which could activate blood and eliminate blood stasis, invigorate the lung and the kidney.
