摘要:
目的：观察舒肝祛脂胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组口服舒肝祛脂胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d；对照组口服松龄血脉康胶囊，3粒/次，3次/日。疗程均为90天。观察2组临床疗效，中医证候疗效及血脂水平的变化情况。结果：临床疗效、中医证候疗效观察组均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等指标治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：舒肝祛脂胶囊能有效调节脂代谢，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze clinical effects of liver-soothing fat-eliminating capsules in treating hyperlipemia. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases each group. The observation group took liver-soothing fat-eliminating capsules orally, four capsules each time, three times per day; the control group were treated by oral administration of SongLing XueMaiKang capsules, three capsules each time, three times each day. The course was 90 days. Clinical effects of both groups and the changes of blood lipid were observed. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in comprehensive effects and clinical effects of TCM syndromes, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant when the indexes of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) were compared within both groups between before and after treating (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: liver-soothing fat-eliminating capsules could effectively regulate lipid metabolism.
