五步蛇咬伤患者肢体肿胀及局部坏死的中医调护-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：探讨五步蛇咬伤患者肢体肿胀及局部组织坏死的中医调护方法。方法：将95例患者随机分成2组，对照组46例仅给予传统治疗，观察组49例采用传统治疗配合中医调护。观察2组创面愈合情况及肢体肿胀的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为98.9%，对照组为89.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。上、下肢肿胀情况治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗第7天时2组组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中医调护有利于五步蛇咬伤患者伤肢创面的愈合，并可减轻肢体肿胀程度。

Abstract:: Objective: To discuss the TCM care method for limb swelling and local tissue necrosis of the patients bite by ancistrodon acutus. Methods: All 95 patients were randomized into two groups, 46 cases of the control group accepted traditional treatment only, while 49 cases of the observation group traditional care and TCM care. The changes of of limb swelling and wound healing conditions of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.9%, higher than 89.1% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of limb swelling conditions within two groups between before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups in seven days after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM care is helpful for the healing of the injured limbs of the patients bite by ancistrodon acutus, and it could relieve limb swelling degrees.
