摘要:
目的：观察三黄止痒搽剂治疗轻度寻常型痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将轻度寻常型痤疮患者120例按照随机数字表法分为2组各60例，治疗组外用三黄止痒搽剂，对照组外用0.025%维A酸乳膏，疗程均为4周。观察2组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果：1)总有效率治疗组为91.7%，对照组为73.3%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2)治疗2周及4周后，治疗组皮损积分均低于对照组(P＜0.01)；3)不良反应发生率治疗组为5.0%(3/60例)，对照组为28.3%(17/60例)，治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：三黄止痒搽剂治疗轻度寻常型痤疮安全有效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects and the safety of SanHuang itching-relieving liniment in treating mild acne vulgaris. Methods: All 120 patients were allocated to two groups according to random number table method, 60 cases each group, the treatment group used SanHuang itching-relieving liniment externally, and the control group 0.025% tretinoin cream externally, the course was four weeks. The incidence of adverse reaction and clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results: 1) Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control groups were 91.7% and 73.3%, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); 2) In two weeks and four weeks after treating, the treatment group was lower than the control group in skin lesion integral (P＜0.01); 3) The incidences of adverse reaction of the treatment group and the control group were 5.0% (3/60) and 28.3% (17/60), the treatment group was lower than the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion: SanHuang itching-relieving liniment is effective and safe in treating mild acne vulgaris.
