摘要:
目的：观察蜡疗对中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者踝关节活动障碍的康复作用。方法：将中风后痉挛性瘫痪踝关节活动障碍患者100例随机分为常规组与蜡疗组各50例，考察2种护理方法对中风后痉挛性瘫痪踝关节活动障碍患者的康复效果。结果：踝关节疼痛缓解时间、程度、关节恢复功能位、站立时负重的程度等蜡疗组优于对照组；有效率蜡疗组为98%，常规组为86%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：蜡疗对中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者踝关节活动障碍的康复效果优于常规护理。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the rehabilitation effects of wax therapy on ankle dyskinesia of the patients with spastic paralysis after stroke. Methods: All 100 patients were separated into the conventional group and wax therapy group, 50 cases each group, the rehabilitation effects of two nursing methods on ankle dyskinesia of the patients with spastic paralysis after stroke were investigated. Results: Wax therapy group was superior to the control group in pain relieving time of ankle, the degree, joint rehabilitation function digit and weighting degrees when stand; the effective rate of wax therapy group was 98%, superior to 86% of the conventional group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation effects of wax therapy on ankle dyskinesia of the patients with spastic paralysis after stroke are superior to these of coventional care.
