摘要:
目的：考察血塞通注射液与临床常用抗菌药物配伍后溶液的稳定性。方法：使用酸度计、激光注射液微粒分析仪分别测定血塞通注射液和5种抗菌药物配伍前后不同时间点的pH值、颜色、澄清度、不溶性微粒数目等。结果：注射用头孢他啶、注射用头孢西丁钠在5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液中与血塞通注射液配伍后，不溶性微粒变化明显，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中、西药注射剂联用时尽可能选择不同的给药途径，必须同一途径用药时，应将中、西药分开应用，使用同一输液器静脉给药时应在2组输液间充分进行冲管，以减少药物相互作用和不良事件的发生。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey the stability of the compatibility between XueSaiTong injection and the commonly-used antibacterials. Methods: Acidometer and lazer injection particle analyzer were used to detect pH value, color, clarity, the numbers of particulate matter and others when XueSaiTong injection was compatible with five antibacterials before and after the compatibility at different times respectively. Results: The changes of particulate matter were obvious when Ceftazidime for injection or cefoxitin sodium for injection was compatible with XueSaiTong injection in 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection; the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Different administration routes should be choosen as much as possibile when herbal injection was combined with western medicine injection, herbs and western medicine should be used separately when they must be used in the same administration routes, and pipes should be washed competely in the interval between the infusions of herbs and western medicine if the same infusing outfit is used to administer the drugs, in order to reduce the interaction between the herbs and the incidence of adverse reaction.
