摘要:
目的:探讨不同储藏条件对薏苡仁真菌毒素含量的影响。方法:取新鲜薏苡仁与中药房处理后薏苡仁2批薏苡仁为观察对象,模拟低温密封、高温高湿以及通风干燥3种储藏条件,在储藏0、30、90天,运用免疫亲和柱净化-在线柱后光化学衍生-高效液相色谱-荧光检测法(HPLC-FLD)对其黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、黄曲霉毒素B2(AFB2)、黄曲霉毒素G1(AFG1)、黄曲霉毒素G2(AFG2)、α-玉米赤霉烯醇(α-ZOL)、β-玉米赤霉烯醇(β-ZOL)与玉米赤霉烯酮(ZON)7种真菌毒素含量变化进行检测。结果:在通风干燥的条件下,AFB1与AFB2含量增加幅度最大;在高温高湿的储藏条件下,AF含量未出现明显变化;在低温密封的储藏条件下,薏苡仁中AF含量表现为缓慢增长。在高温高湿以及通风干燥的环境下,薏苡仁中ZON会迅速增加;在通风干燥的环境下,薏苡仁ZON含量增加的幅度更大;在低温密封的环境下,短时间内可对ZON含量进行抑制。结论:不同的储藏条件下,薏苡仁中真菌毒素的含量会发生不同的改变,但还需进行大样本验证,具体机理也需要作进一步的研究。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of different storage conditions on the contents of fungal toxin in YiYiRen (Semen Coicis). Methods: Three kinds of storage conditions such as cryogenic seal, high temperature and humidity, aeration-drying were simulated, two batches of YiYiRen including fresh YiYiRen and the processed YiYiRen in TCM dispensary were selected and stored, after stored for zero day, 30 and 90 days, the contents of seven fungal toxins containing zearalenone (ZON), β- zearalenol (β-ZOL), α- zearalenol (α-ZOL), aflatoxin G2 (AFG2), aflatoxin G1 (AFG1), aflatoxin B2 (AFB2), aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) were detected respectively by HPLC-FLD. Results: Under the condition of aeration-drying, the increasing amplitude of AFB1 and AFB2 contents were the largest; stored in the conditions of high temperature and humidity, there was no obvious change in the contents of AF; stored in cryogenic seal condition, AF contents increased slowly in YiYiRen. Under the conditions of high temperature and humidity and aeration-drying, ZON mushroomed in YiYiRen; under the condition of aeration-drying, the increasing amplitude of ZON contents in YiYiRen was the largest; under the condition of cryogenic seal, ZON contents could be inhibited in short time. Conclusion: Under different storage conditions, the contents of fungal toxin would show different changes, while large sample verification is still needed, and the specific mechanism needs to be further studied.
