干祖望教授对耳鸣、耳聋的见解独辟蹊径，不拘泥于耳为一窍，认为五脏皆通于耳，以五脏辨证入手，予以补益脾土、疏肝泻热、调补心肾、补元填坎、开郁通窍等法，临床多有效验，现在此浅析其五则医案以饷同道。

Professor Gan Zuwang has developed a new idea for tinnitus and deafness, he didn’t stick to that ear is only one orifice, he thought that five viscera were opened to the ear, starting with syndrome differentiation based on five viscera, he used the methods of tonifying spleen-earth, soothing liver and reducing heat, regulating heart and kidney, supplementing essence and water, expelling the depression and opening the orifices to obtain notable effects in clinic, now, five cases were analyzed to provide the reference for the other doctors.
