摘要:
目的：观察三伏灸治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法：将80例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各40例，对照组予以西药对症支持治疗，观察组于每伏第1天给予三伏灸治疗，保留6小时。比较2组临床症状缓解时间，住院时间及出院后再次复发时间，并统计2组临床疗效。结果：鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕及鼻塞消失时间2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。住院时间、出院后再次复发时间2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为95.0%，对照组为72.5%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：三伏灸能有效缓解过敏性鼻炎患儿临床症状，缩短住院时间，延长复发间隔时间，提高临床治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of moxibustion in dog days in treating infantile allergic rhinitis at acute exacerbation. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the control group were given symptomatic treatment of western medicine, and the observation group accepted moxibustion in dog days at the first day of the dog days, keeping for six hours. The relief time of clinical symptoms, current hospitalization time and the relapse time after discharged from hospital were compared between both groups, and clinical effects of both groups were counted. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the disappearing time of rhinocnesmus, sneezing, running nose and stuffy nose between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of current hospitalization time and the relapse time after discharged from hospital between both groups (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, higher than 72.5% of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion in dog days could effectively relieve clinical symptoms of the patients, shorten hospitalization time, delay the interval of relapse and improve clinical effects in the treatment for the patients with allergic rhinitis.
