摘要:
目的:观察针刺联合祛风除湿止痛合剂治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。观察组给予针刺联合祛风除湿止痛合剂50 mL/次，2次/d治疗，对照组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊2粒/次，3次/d治疗，2组连续治疗2个月后观察治疗前后血清中白介素1(IL-1)、白介素6(IL-6)含量、疼痛评分(VAS)的变化情况及临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组与对照组相当，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。IL-1、IL-6含量及VAS评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:针刺联合祛风除湿止痛合剂治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效显著，可能是通过减少关节液中IL-1、IL-6含量而达到治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of acupuncture and wind-dispelling damp-clearing pain-stopping mixture in treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: All 90 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases each group. The observation group accepted acupuncture and wind-dispelling damp-clearing pain-stopping mixture, 50 mL/time, twice each day. while the control group were given glucosamine sulfate capsules, two pills each time, three times each day, clinical effects, and the changes of VAS, the contents of IL-6 and IL-1 were observed before and after treating after both groups were treated for two months consecutively. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was equivalent to that of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05), The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the contents of IL-1 and IL-6 as well as the changes of VAS scales between before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and wind-dispelling damp-clearing pain-stopping mixture are effective in treating KOA, which might reach therapeutic effects by reducing the contents of IL-1 and IL-6 in joint fluid .
